2009-2010 HCAD 3-on-3 Basketball League
at Gaithersburg For Age 30 and Over

When:
* Season begins on Sunday, Dec. 6th
The season will run for all Sundays except the holidays from December to end of February.  No games on Dec. 27th. 

Time:
10:00 am to 12:00 pm (we have the gym from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm)

Shady Grove Middle School
8100 Mid-County Highway, Gaithersburg, MD

Cost:
$85 per player

Membership Dues:
$10 for 2 years until June 30, 2011 for non-HCAD members

Deadline:
Nov. 27th OR 1st 30 players PAID!

Directions to Shady Grove Middle School:
From I-270 North: take 370 East exit; take Shady Grove East exit; make a left onto Mid-County Highway; the middle school is on the left side.

From I-270 South: take Exit 11 - Montgomery Village Ave.; make a right onto Mid-County Highway; the middle school is on the right side.

Hi Players!

Yes! Time is quickly approaching!!  Come and join us in playing HCAD 3-on-3 Basketball League.

You must be 30 years or older to participate in the HCAD 3-on-3 Basketball League.

If you have played HCAD 3-on-3 Basketball League last year, HCAD will have a place reserved for you as long as your payment is received by November 27, 2009. After that date, you will lose your priority and teams will be completed on a "first come, first served" basis, at our general registration. If there is no room for new players, the players with the earliest registration (the date of payment received) will get priority.

We will have our games on Sundays starting from December 6th to end of February at Shady Grove Middle School.  The times are from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  The teams will be set up by the Rules Committee.  The Rules Committee reserves the right to determine, select and place certain players on a team (in the total of 5 teams) based on several factors. For example, player size is one of the determining factors, when placing a player on a team. This is done to try and insure proper team and player balance.  We hope this will make the league more fun and challenging!

The cost is $85 per player to play in this league. This fee is to cover the gym reservations, referees fees, insurance, and equipment.  There is a $10 membership due for two years until June 30, 2011.  Please fill out the attached HCAD Membership form and make the check payable to HCAD.  If you already are a member of HCAD, no need to mail the membership form. Mail the membership form, liability waiver form and check together to Steve Tyler or give me in person if you see me.
